It\u2019s a familiar nameplate, now reimagined with an electric powertrain \u2014 and more importantly, a move that makes Tata\u2019s growing EV range more complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is also Tata\u2019s first AWD (or QWD) vehicle in years, and the most premium EV in its current portfolio. The changes are functional and subtle \u2014 a closed-off front grille, redesigned front bumper, new 19-inch aero alloy wheels, and minor EV-specific badging. The standout is the 14.5-inch Samsung Neo QLED infotainment display \u2014 a segment-first. It comes with dual motors and an AWD layout, which is a first for Tata\u2019s EVs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are multiple terrain modes on offer (Normal, Snow, Mud, Sand, Rock, and Custom), and four driving modes (Eco, City, Sport, Boost).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The claimed range of Tata Harrier EV is up to 622 kms, which is one of the best in the segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Well-Rounded Safety and Tech<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On the safety front, the Harrier EV gets six airbags as standard (seven in top trims), electronic stability control, blind spot monitoring, and Level 2 ADAS.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A unique addition is the 540-degree camera system, which can help view what\u2019s underneath the vehicle \u2014 handy during off-road manoeuvres. Something that\u2019s first in the segment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A built-in dashcam, DrivePay (for toll and charging payments), and a digital rear-view mirror round out the tech suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tata Harrier EV Verdict<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Harrier EV doesn\u2019t try to reinvent the wheel \u2014 and that works in its favour.
